Versus scout is the offline “ASK” section of our Versus Listen and Ask data analytics tool for gaining actionable consumer insights into the African market. Versus scouts exist to carry out real-time offline surveys/campaigns deployed from the Versus dashboard.
A scout receives questions in real-time on their Android device, or via USSD (on a non-smartphone) which they earn credits for answering questions honestly. Versus has a proprietary credit system that is changed from time to time. A user has to reach a minimum credit accrual before cash out is enabled. At this point the user may be connected to third party enablers to manage the cash out process.
